Refund Policy

ClearView aims to provide high-quality window and exterior cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to inspect and correct any reasonable issues at no additional cost.

Refunds are only provided in cases where ClearView is unable to complete the service due to our fault, or if a confirmed booking is canceled by ClearView. Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction caused by pre-existing conditions, weather-related limitations, or factors outside our control.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or phone. Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days.

ClearView reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined above.
