2. Bookings and Enquiries
Submitting a booking request or enquiry through the website does not form a confirmed service agreement. ClearView will confirm all bookings directly. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any bookings at our discretion.

3. Liability
ClearView is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your use of the website, including errors, omissions, or technical issues. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we do not endorse or take responsibility for their content.

4. Privacy
Any personal information submitted through the website is collected only to respond to enquiries or process bookings. We handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not share it with third parties except where required by law.

Service Terms & Conditions

1. General

By booking or using ClearView’s window and exterior cleaning services, you agree to these terms. All quotes are based on the information you provide and assume normal access and conditions. Pricing may change if the size, scope, or condition of the property differs on arrival. You must provide safe, clear access to the property and ensure water and power (if required) are available. If we cannot safely access the site or are turned away, a call-out fee may apply.

2. Payments and Cancellations

Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise arranged. Late payments may incur fees, and ClearView retains ownership of all work and materials until payment is made in full. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may result in a call-out charge. Jobs may also be rescheduled by ClearView in the event of unsafe weather or other unforeseen conditions.

3. Liability and Workmanship

We take care on every job, but ClearView is not responsible for pre-existing faults, cracked glass, aged seals, or damage caused by poor maintenance or defective materials. If damage is clearly caused by our work, we will repair or compensate at our discretion up to the value of the service. If you’re not satisfied with the result, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to inspect and correct any reasonable issue free of charge.

4. Privacy and Governing Law

Your personal information is collected only to provide quotes, schedule work, and complete your services. We keep your details secure and never share them with third parties except where required by law. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be handled through the New Zealand legal system.
